  • Click the 'Help' tab, then select 'Support Requests'



  • Click the 'Contact Us Button'



  • Select your Request Type, type your subject and describe your issue. Contact information will pre-fill using details from your Frooition account, these can be changed for this ticket's contact point if needed.
    • You can attach an image or a document to this ticket.
      • Submit your request when you are happy with the content. 



  • Once you've submitted the ticket you can view it and check on the progress in the support request section, you will receive email notifications when the ticket is logged and when any updates take place.
