As you do not require access to our eBay listing tool software, we have created an ecommerce only account, where you may raise tickets as normal.
However, instead of billing you for work, you may now purchase Support time.
Thus meaning, if you wished for some design changes on your site or a plugin installed.
We would take the time this takes and remove the time from your account that you have purchased.
When logging in, you will be greeted by the following page:
The above page shows you what support package you are on, and any purchased Support hours.
In order to purchase support hours, simply scroll down and select the amount of hours you wish to purchase in the "AdHoc" support hours section.
Once purchased, you may then open your support ticket, your support hours will be automatically used once the work requested is completed.
