How to add a design via Bulk Revision

In this article, we will cover how to add your design to your listings.

Whether you have multiple designs or a single design, our Bulk Revision tool is great for getting it applied to all live items.

Step 1: Navigate to the Bulk Revision tool by clicking the right-hand side menu icon "Bulk Revision" or clicking here: https://freedom.frooition.com/bulkrevision/

You will then be brought to the following page:

On the above page, you will see a lot of information about your eBay account. 
The first box will show how many eBay listings you currently have live on eBay and that we have indexed to our system.
The second box shows a percentage of how many listings you have which include your Frooition Design.

The last box is where you can start your Bulk Revision journey.

Underneath these boxes at the top, you will see a table of amendments previously run and the type of amendment it was. This allows you to keep up to date with what is happening with your items.

Step 2: Click on "New Revision", you will now be welcomed by a screen that allows you to filter which listings you wish to amend.
So you may filter down by either/all:

eBay Site
Listing Type
eBay Category
Keyword Search
Item Specific Match - example = BRAND=LEGO (this will find all listings with the brand of "Lego" inside them)

Once you have whittled your filters down and got every listing you wish to amend, we can then move forward to the next step.

Step 3: Next, you will choose which amendment you wish to make on your listings. 
For this tutorial, we are going to be adding a template to our listings.
To do this, click the purple "Design" box in the top left corner.

Alternatively, you may tick/un-tick the amendment options above these boxes. As you can see everything is labelled by colour depending on the amendment.

Step 4: Once clicking the "Design" box, you will be greeted by a pop-up which allows you to select which design you wish to have on those selected listings.
If you have Multiple Designs you will see these displayed here too for you to choose between.

Select the design you wish to add and click "Review Revision" 

Step 5: You will be greeted by a screen showing you what you are about to amend. If you are happy with this amendment, click "Start Revision" 

Step 6: Lastly, you will then see the main Bulk Revision page will update and revise your items in the background for you, without you having to do anything else.
You can also move away from this screen and your Bulk Revision will continue to work its way through your listings. Simply sit back and let our system do the amendment for you.
