How to change or add a billboard to your eBay storefront

eBay allows clients to add or change the Billboard and Logo on their storefront. If we have created a new Billboard banner and logo design for you, please follow the instructions in this article to add it to your eBay storefront. These instructions also apply to any other billboard or logo for eBay.

1. Log into eBay and navigate to My eBay > Selling and click Shop > Edit Shop/Store.

2. This page is where you will make changes. We will be focusing on changing or adding a billboard to your storefront, just select Add billboard image and upload the billboard file that our designer sent.

If you already have a billboard image applied and wish to replace it, just click the little pen icon in the top right corner of the existing billboard and select Replace.

4. It will be a similar process for adding the logo. Once this is done, you can click Preview draft or, if you are happy, Publish at the bottom of the page which will push all changes live.

5. If you receive errors related to the categories that stop you from publishing the banner, either add pictures to the category boxes or remove the Featured Categories section by clicking the Remove section button (as highlighted below).

6. Once you have published the billboard and logo, this will show on your live eBay storefront.
