What is the Custom CSV Export for?

By exporting your listing profile values to a Custom CSV you can quickly amend listings, change quantities, edit variations, add new shipping terms etc.  Simply download your Custom CSV, amend the field values, and then update your listings with our import tool, a quick and simple method to bulk edit your listings.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to EXPORT your listing values:

Step 1     Select Import from the left-hand menu.

Step 2     Select Export from the top menu items.

Step 3     Select Custom from the CSV Export Type Drop Down list.

Step 4     Select the field values you would like to export and then click the Export Button.

Step 5     Your Custom CSV file will be created, be patient it may take a while to complete if you have a lot of listings.

Once you have downloaded your custom CSV file you can amend the values. You can make changes to your CSV file with a spreadsheet program like Google Sheets

IMPORTANT: Deleting a complete listing or its relationship and relationship values from the CSV file will not remove it from the listing when the CSV is imported. Listing Profiles, Variations and Motors Parts Compatibilities can only be removed with the listing software. You can add new Listing Profiles, Variations, and Motor Parts Compatibilities to the CSV file and these will be imported. 

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to IMPORT your New listing values:

Step 1     Select Import from the left-hand menu.

Step 2     Select Frooition then Choose File under Frooition CSV Import 

Step 3     Browse to your Custom CSV file and click Next.

Step 4     De-select any fields that you do not want to import and then click the Import Button.

To check the changes select Listing Profiles from the menu bar items, you can then view your listings and see that the values have changed.
