eBay - Listing Frame Removal

Modified on Tue, 18 Jan 2022 at 09:59 AM

In this article we will cover how to remove the eBay listing frame, this usually can be seen as eBay store categories next to your item description OR a store banner above your eBay descriptions.

These can sometimes look dated and unprofessional.

in order to remove the left hand side store categories frame around your description, you must turn off the "Listing frame".

This can be turned off here:

https://cgi6.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SetupYourCustomListingHeader&&SourcePage=ManageMyStore&ssPageName=STRK%3AMESUB%3ASTORE%3A103&guest=1

Simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue highlighted link under the Listing frame heading.

This will take you to the old eBay settings page where you can then turn this off.

Look for the following:

Shop Header Features

Specify which elements of the custom listing frame you'd like to use.

 Shop header and left-navigation category list (first 30 categories that contain items)

 Shop header only

 None

Select [None] as the option and then save.

This should now have removed the frame.
