How to set up an eBay Description Template on M2E Pro (Magento 2)

This guide will outline how to easily set up an eBay description template via Magento M2E Pro.

Step 1: First, you need to log into your Magento account and go to the Magento Dashboard.

Then click on the eBay INTEGRATION button on the left side of the screen. When you click on the eBay INTEGRATION button another screen will appear. From there click on M2E Pro.

Step 2: After clicking M2E Pro, it will show a page as a list. Click on that category where you want to set up the eBay description template.

Step 3: In this step, you have to click on the Edit settings then Configuration on the right side of the screen.

Step 4: You can see now Description Policy under Selling, click on view/edit.

Here you will find Description and click on View / Edit Custom Description.

Step 5: Now paste the HTML eBay description code which you have prepared for the eBay description template on Description Value and click Save and Close.

You have successfully set up the eBay description template, you can check now by applying this to an eBay item. For this, you have to select a product and click revise on eBay

Your product’s eBay description template is now successfully updated on the eBay item.
