I have a 3rd party design already applied. How can I update my listings with my Frooition design?

If you have a large amount of listings that need cleaning before a design can be applied, please get in touch with us to Book a listing review here: Click Me
You will have your listings checked by our Rescue Team to find out if we can successfully extract your item description and Bulk Apply your Frooition template to all listings.

When you apply your Frooition listing template to your listings, the design is 'wrapped' around your item description.

If your item description already has a design applied, it will appear as part of the item description, when your Frooition design is applied.

We recommend that before you apply your Frooition template that any existing designs/templates are removed.

If your original design provider cannot help remove their design code from your listings, the easiest way to update your listings to remove old 3rd party design code and apply your Frooition template is to use a template profile from within your Frooition Account to generate new code for you.

You can then use this code to update your live listing (subject to eBay's restrictions on revising items Click here to view)

I already have a profile for the item within Frooition

You will first need to edit the profile for the item within your Frooition software as follows:

Log into Frooition

Click the eBay Tab
Click the Listing Sub Tab
Locate the profile for the item you want to amend (you can search by item title, item number etc.)

At Stage 2 remove/add the images you require or update the item description.
Click Continue to move to Stage 3
At Stage 3 you will see a preview of your listing.
If you are happy with how it looks - click Get Code
Copy the code displayed.
Go to eBay
Revise the item that you have just amended the profile for.
In the item description area, click on the HTML tab
Replace the code that is there with the code you have just copied.
Save your changes and your item is now updated.

Repeat this for your next item.

I don't have a profile for this item within Frooition

Create a new profile:
Click eBay Tab
Click the Listing Sub Tab
Click the Create New button
Select Direct Listing to eBay from the listing method options
Choose your eBay Site from the eBay Site drop-down
Give your profile a name (this can be different to your item title)
Click Start button

Stage 2: Describe your Item:
Add the item description and images you require
Click Continue

Stage 3: Preview your Listing:
If you are happy with how your listing preview looks - click Get Code
Copy the code displayed.
Go to eBay
Revise the item that you have just amended the profile for.
In the item description area, click on the HTML tab
Replace the code that is there with the code you have just copied.
Save your changes and your item is now updated.

NB This process will not update your gallery image. You will need to change this when revising your item in the 'Bring your item to life with pictures' section
