How to subscribe to Priority Ecommerce Support

In this tutorial, we will cover how to subscribe to the Priority Ecommerce Support plan.

Firstly, you will need to login to your Freedom Frooition account here:

https://freedom.frooition.com/


Dual Account User - eBay Design & BigCommerce

Once you are logged in, you will be greeted with the below page if you have an eBay design with ourselves:


On the above page, in the navigation bar you will see "Ecommerce" give this a click.


BigCommerce only Account

If you have only purchased a BigCommerce design from ourselves, then you will be greeted with this page on sign up, eBay users will be required to click the Ecommerce tab at the top of the page.


Now that you are on the Ecommerce page, scroll down and click "Subscribe" on the Ecommerce Priority support box.


Clicking this button will take you to the checkout where you can then fill in your details to subscribe.

Once filled in, click "Complete payment"

You have now subscribed to Priority support! Welcome Aboard!
