BigCommerce - How to Purchase Adhoc Hour / Open Support Tickets

Step 1:

Login to your Freedom account here: 

Step 2: Once logged in, scroll down the page, you will see there are specific Support packages you can purchase.

Outlined below the package names are what is included in each package. You may choose to purchase a Support package directly here OR alternatively, you may simply purchase select hours of Adhoc support instead.

Step 3: Once you have chosen your package, or hours. Click the Subscribe OR Purchase button.

Step 4: This will take you to the checkout where you may purchase your package or hours.

Step 5: In order to open a Custom work request / Support ticket, click the help tab at the top, then click Support requests.

Step 6: Click New ticket

Step 7: Fill in each field of the contact form and write your support message with detailed information of the custom work OR support you require.

Step 8: Submit your Support ticket and await a response.

If your support query requires our team to do some custom work on your account, they will let you know directly how many hours this will take to complete and remove this from your account.
