- Frooition has an in-house dedicated support team who will be available for support, assistance, and guidance.
- To contact them, make sure you are logged into your Frooition account, and click the ‘Help Center’ option in the top toolbar (https://freedom.frooition.com/help/support/help.php).
- Within this page will be support guides, articles and videos which may be of assistance.
- To contact support, scroll down and click the ‘Contact Support’ button.
- Click ‘New Ticket’
- And submit your support query via the form:
- The support ticket will then be logged with our support team who will investigate the query and respond with support, assistance and guidance ASAP.
