If you have any questions or need any help using the Frooition software, our dedicated support team will be on hand to assist you via your Frooition account.
You may open a support ticket by clicking the Help Center in the top navigation menu (or click HERE if you are logged into your account) and selecting NEW TICKET.
You will see your recent tickets below and will be able to reopen and reply to them if the issue is ongoing. Tickets are automatically closed once a member of the support team has replied, they will be reopened if you respond or reply to a ticket.
