How to use Bulk Revision to update seller info tabs

Overview

Bulk Revision is a Frooition tool that lets you update specific sections of your eBay listings in bulk, without having to edit each one individually. The most common use is updating Seller Info Tabs — the custom information panels that appear on your listings through the Frooition template.

What Bulk Revision can update

• Seller Info Tab content (About Us, Returns, Postage, Payment, etc.)
• Custom HTML sections within your template
• Cross-promotion settings
• Template re-application after a design update

How to use Bulk Revision

1. Log in to your Frooition account.
2. Go to the Bulk Revision tool in the eBay Tools section.
3. Select the type of update you want to make.
4. Edit the content in the editor provided.
5. Run the revision. The tool will apply the changes to all eligible listings.

Known issues and tips

• Special characters and emojis: some characters (including certain emojis and typographic symbols) can be altered or stripped when processed through Bulk Revision. If you use these in your tab content, check a few listings after running to confirm the output is correct. If characters appear wrong, raise a ticket with an example listing.
• Extra content being added: if running Bulk Revision appears to add unexpected text to your tabs, stop and raise a ticket before running further. The team can review your settings and correct the issue.
• Reverting changes: Frooition can restore a previous version of your listings if a Bulk Revision produces incorrect results. Raise a ticket as soon as possible and include the date the revision was run.

Bulk Revision subscription

Bulk Revision requires an active add-on subscription. If you do not have access, you can add it from your account. If your subscription recently lapsed and you have reinstated it but still cannot access the tool, raise a support ticket.
