The usual reason for your Boost reports not running are either:
1: You are still in the queue and awaiting for your reports to finish.
2: Your reports are setup to be running on the wrong site, to change this you can jump into your dashboard:

At the top right of the page, next to your Auto fixes left message, you will see the Reports on: section.
Click this drop down and change the site to your desired one.
