Overview
Your logo and brand colours are applied to your Frooition eBay template through the design system. Changes to logos, background colours, accent colours, or fonts are made by the Frooition team and then pushed live to your listings via Bulk Revision.
What you can change
- Your store logo (uploaded as a PNG or JPG, ideally on a transparent or white background)
- Header background colour
- Accent / highlight colour (used for borders, buttons, and highlights throughout the template)
- Footer logo or branding marks
- Font choices, where supported by your template
How to request a logo or branding update
- Raise a support ticket at help.frooition.com
- Attach your new logo file. PNG with a transparent background is preferred.
- If you have specific colour requirements, include the hex codes (e.g. #045e49). You can find these using your brand guidelines or a tool like imagecolorpicker.com.
- The Frooition design team will apply the changes and confirm when done.
- Once confirmed, a Bulk Revision will push the updated template to all your live listings.
Important notes
- Logo changes apply to your eBay template only. If you also have a Shopify or BigCommerce store with Frooition, please mention this in your ticket as separate updates may be needed.
- If you want the same logo update applied to future designs for other clients, please specify this clearly in your ticket.
- Colour changes take effect across the whole template. If you only want to change one specific element, describe exactly which part should change.
