Understanding your Frooition subscription and renewal dates

Overview

This article explains how Frooition subscriptions work, what happens when they expire, and how to manage your renewal.

How subscriptions work

Your Frooition subscription covers access to your eBay template design and related services. Subscriptions renew automatically on the renewal date shown in your account, provided a valid payment method is set up.

What happens when a subscription expires

If a subscription lapses or a payment fails:

  • Your eBay template design may stop displaying on your listings
  • Access to certain tools (such as Bulk Revision) may be suspended
  • Your account and design are retained, so reinstating the subscription will restore access

How to check your renewal date

Log in to your Frooition account and go to the payments section. Your current subscription status and next renewal date are shown there.

Why has my renewal date changed?

If you renew early, the renewal date is typically extended from the original date, not from the payment date. If you believe your renewal date has been set incorrectly, raise a support ticket and the team will review and correct it.

Repeat billing

If you have repeat billing set up, payments are taken automatically on the renewal date. If a payment fails, you will receive a notification. You can update your payment method in the account payments section.

Cancelling a subscription

To cancel a subscription or discuss your account options, raise a support ticket or contact the team directly. Your design and account data are retained after cancellation.
